Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for technology and product demonstrations, and the ability to engage customers effectively. Bilingual abilities and experience in retail sales or technical sales are highly valued. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Demonstrate products and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Assist with merchandising displays to ensure attractive and organized product presentation
- Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Conduct product demos for new or featured items to engage customers and promote sales
- Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, store policies, and product information




- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during busy periods
- Use phone etiquette skills to answer inquiries and assist remote or in-store customers
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers
- Bilingual abilities (English plus additional languages) are a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and basic math skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively explain technical features
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
