Duties

- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently to keep the kitchen running smoothly
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper sanitation practices are followed
- Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed under supervision.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by ensuring all items are clean and available
- Help with basic food prep tasks such as organizing supplies or restocking dishware.
- Follow health and safety regulations to keep the work environment secure and hygienic

Requirements





- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn about kitchen operations, and food preparation
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary
- You are able to work days, nights, weekends & holidays
- You have strong organization & time management skills

Schedule

- Weekdays/Weekends
- Holidays
- Daytime and evening hours
- Weekend availability is required
- Late night availability is required

Ability to commute

- Public transportation to St. jacobs is not always available at night
