Position Summary

The Key Holder is a leadership support role responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the store, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales and operational goals. The Key Holder serves as Manager on Duty when management is not present and is responsible for opening and closing the store, ensuring security procedures are followed, and leading the team by example.

Key Responsibilities

- Open and close the store following company security and cash-handling procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
- Support the achievement of sales goals through customer engagement and product knowledge.
- Lead and motivate team members during assigned shifts.
- Assist with merchandising, replenishment, and maintaining visual standards.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Perform cash register operations, including returns, exchanges, and cash balancing.
- Support inventory management, shipment processing, and stock organization.
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
- Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of store management

All positions will be compensated at or above the legally mandated minimum wage for the location in which work is performed. The final compensation will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
