Our downtown flagship is fast paced, elevated, and deeply rooted in hospitality. Whether it’s our legendary cornbread or signature rum cocktails, everything starts in the kitchen, and that’s where you come in.

Position: Server

We are seeking confident and energetic servers who bring great vibes to the floor, guide guests through our shareable plate experience, and take pride in delivering smooth, attentive, and culture-rich service.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth
- Guide guests through our tapas-style menu and cocktail list
- Provide exceptional table service, anticipate needs, and manage timing
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using our POS system




- Serve food and drinks with clarity and consistency
- Collaborate closely with the bar, kitchen, and support staff
- Maintain a clean and organized section including side duties
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Adhere to all food safety and Smart Serve requirements
- Stay current on daily specials, current items, and guest preferences

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a busy or full-service restaurant
- Smart Serve certification (required)
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Familiarity with soul food or cultural cuisine is an asset
- Evening and weekend availability is essential
