Fargo Consultancy of Immigration is a growing immigration consulting firm based in Edmonton, dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses to navigate Canada's immigration system with clarity and confidence. We work on a wide range of files, including express entry, provincial nominee programs, work permits, study permits, family sponsorships, and citizenship applications.

About the Role

As an Immigration Case Officer, you will manage a caseload of immigration files from intake through submission, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent client service at every stage. You'll work closely with our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) to prepare strong, well-documented applications.

Key Responsibilities

Correspondence and communication with French speaking clients. Manage and process immigration case files, including Express Entry, Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP), Work permits, Study permits, Family sponsorships, and Permanent Residence applications

- Communicate with clients to collect, review, and verify supporting documentation
- Prepare application forms,



submission letters, and supporting materials in line with IRCC requirements
- Track application status and deadlines using internal case management systems
- Respond to IRCC requests for additional information or documentation in a timely manner
- Provide clients with regular, explicit updates on their file status
- Maintain accurate and organized digital case files in compliance with firm and regulatory standards

Qualifications

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field (immigration law, paralegal studies, international relations, or similar considered an asset)
- Prior experience in immigration case processing
- Bilingual (English and French language) is the requirement.
