Summary

We are seeking a Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant team at East Side Mario's. In this role, you will be essential in preparing high-quality Italian dishes while ensuring food safety and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. Your contributions will help us deliver the exceptional dining experience our guests have come to love.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to East Side Mario's recipes and standards.
- Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.




- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Support other kitchen staff as needed, fostering a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
