About the Role

As a Field Marketing Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact between homeowners and our company.

This is a hands-on Canvassing position where you’ll:

- Speak directly with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods
- Promoting EcoTech’s products and current offers
- Generating interest and booking free in-home consultations
- Working outdoors with a fun, high-energy team
- Developing real-world sales, communication, and leadership skills

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Canvassing targeted neighborhoods and generating leads
✅ Setting appointments for our Product Specialists
✅ Assisting with onboarding and mentoring new team members
✅ Supporting daily team motivation and performance
✅ Helping maintain high standards in the field
✅ Representing EcoTech professionally and energetically
