We are currently looking for an additional Sales Representative to join our growing dealership. If you love powersports and the outdoor lifestyle, this is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in an industry that’s all about adventure.

What You’ll Do:

- Guide customers through the buying process for boats, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, and lawn & garden equipment
- Understand customer needs and match them with the right unit, accessories, and solutions
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer communication through our CRM
- Handle sales paperwork including financing, documentation, and deal processing
- Coordinate unit delivery, registration, and final inspections
- Represent WPM at events, trade shows, demo days, and off-site displays
- Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in sales, customer service, or relationship-based roles
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and capable of managing multiple deals at once
- Genuine interest in powersports, boating, or the outdoors




- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence

The Reality of the Job:

This is not your typical 9-5 sales position. Powersports and marine customers shop, message, and pick up units outside regular business hours, especially during peak season. Evening calls, weekend deliveries, events, and after-hours customer communication are all part of the job.

About WPM:

Westlock Powersports & Marine is an authorized BRP dealer carrying Can-Am, Ski-Doo, and Sea-Doo products, along with White River Marine Group boats including aluminum fishing boats, pontoons, and fiberglass sport fishing boats. We also offer a large selection of parts, apparel, accessories, and a full-service service department.
