IS2 is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Parts Supervisor to lead a busy parts department within the heavy-duty truck or automotive industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with experience in parts operations, inventory management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily parts department operations and ensure excellent customer service
- Lead, coach, and develop the parts team
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock replenishment
- Work closely with suppliers and negotiate pricing when required
- Partner with the service department to ensure timely parts fulfillment
- Monitor inventory, pricing, and margins to maximize profitability
- Process warranty claims, returns, and core credits




- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and department performance
- Ensure a safe, organized, and professional work environment

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in a heavy-duty truck, heavy equipment, or automotive parts environment
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, and supply chain processes
- Experience managing pricing, margins, and inventory performance
- Familiarity with freight, warranty, and core return processes
- Proficient with ERP or inventory management systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
