Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Tow Truck Operator to join our team. This role involves safely transporting vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient operations within our towing services. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, a valid Class 5 driver’s license, and preferred experience in this field or related fields. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction are paramount.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate tow trucks to recover and transport vehicles from accident scenes, breakdowns, or other locations.
- Assist customers courteously and professionally during stressful situations.
- Use mechanical skills to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues and perform basic repairs if necessary.
- Secure vehicles properly using straps, chains, Dollie’s or other equipment to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of all towing activities, including vehicle details and locations.




- Conduct routine inspections of the tow truck to ensure it is in safe working condition.
- Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

- Mechanical knowledge and experience with automotive repair are highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of traffic laws and safety procedures related to towing operations.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, or holidays if needed.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks associated with vehicle recovery and loading.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude toward clients and team members.

Pay: $60.00-$500.00 per day
