Cain Landscape Studio is a growing landscape design-build company specializing in high-quality residential landscape construction throughout Greater Victoria.

We are looking for an experienced landscape construction professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a company that is investing in its people, equipment, and future.

This is not a landscape maintenance position. We are looking for someone who enjoys building exceptional outdoor spaces—from excavation and grading to hardscape installation, irrigation, and planting.

What You'll Be Doing

- Install patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Operate excavators and other landscape construction equipment
- Install and troubleshoot irrigation systems
- Perform grading, drainage, and site preparation
- Read and interpret landscape plans
- Install trees, shrubs, and gardens to professional standards
- Work closely with the crew to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

What We're Looking For

Required:

- Minimum 3 years of landscape construction experience
- Experience installing pavers, retaining walls, and other hardscape features
- Experience with irrigation installation and repairs
- Experience operating excavators or similar equipment
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example

Assets:

- Experience reading landscape plans
- Knowledge of grading and drainage
- Skid steer or mini excavator experience
- Leadership or crew lead experience

Compensation & Benefits

- $30.00–$38.00 per hour (based on experience)
