We are a locally owned and operated steel fabrication and erection company specializing in both structural and miscellaneous steel projects in commercial and institutional sectors. Our team takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and delivering projects on time.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Field Estimator / Field Supervisor to join the team. This hybrid role combines project estimating with hands-on field supervision, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both technical and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate estimates, material take-offs, and cost analyses for structural and miscellaneous steel projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and site conditions to ensure accurate pricing and planning.
- Coordinate with project managers, shop, and field crews to align estimates with execution.
- Supervise field crews on site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
- Manage schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and monitor job progress.
- Communicate with clients,



site representatives, and internal teams regarding project timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in structural and miscellaneous steel (estimating, supervision, or related).
- Robust understanding of steel fabrication, erection, and field practices.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to supervise crews.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with estimating software, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Valid driver’s license (site travel may be required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
