Responsibilities

- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
- Support cooking processes by preparing ingredients and maintaining kitchen stations
- Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Serve food efficiently and courteously to customers or team members as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold a secure working setting
- Support the team during busy periods by helping with various kitchen tasks as required




- Adhere to restaurant policies regarding food safety, sanitation, and quality control

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or restaurant/kitchen experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards is a plus
- Strong understanding of serving protocols and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Basic knowledge of food handling procedures and hygiene practices
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if needed

Pay: $17.60-$17.80 per hour
