Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Jewelry Sales Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting jewelry pieces, and driving sales through expert product knowledge and engaging communication. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry, strong sales skills, and the ability to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Duties

- Assist customers with product selection, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments via credit/debit cards.
- Provide detailed product information.




- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked throughout your shift.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product organization.

Skills

- Excellent customer service and communication skills to engage diverse clientele effectively.
- Minimum 5 years Experience in retail Jewellery sales.
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
