Kalco’s scope of work is commercial drywall (incl. seam tape and texture), metal framing, insulation

and acoustic (T-bar and various sound acoustic application).

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years as a Foreman in the Commercial Drywall Industry

Location of work: commercial job sites in Regina and southern Sask.

Duties / Responsibilities

- Supervision of all employees assigned to crew

Generate high quality work

Organize and coordinate all of the project materials, equipment and employee scheduling

Uphold secure work practices, procedures, and company policies

Ensure that job runs smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule

Communication with Project Manager - job status, supplies,



progress, etc.

Communication / relations with on-site contacts, other trades, etc.

Instruct & participate in on-site work as required

MUST HAVE LAYOUT EXPERIENCE

Skills / Abilities

Able to read schematics and architectural drawings

Proficient at problem solving & critical thinking

-
Proficient with hand and power tools common to specific trade

-
Must have valid driver’s license

-
Must be willing to work out of town

-
Capable of working at heights: on ladders, scaffold, and with aerial lifts
