JOB: LINE COOK/PREP COOK

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintain high food quality standard in a productive and consistent manner

· Ability and aspiration to function as part of a team

· Learning and adapting to company’s food specification and plating.





· Adhering to a set guidelines regarding food cost

· Food handling.

· Cleanliness.

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY ATTRIBUTES

· Knowledgeable in a full service restaurant is an asset.

· Attention to detail.

· Capable working independently or in a team

· Organizational Skills.

· Adherence to company specifications.

· Basic food practice and preparation knowledge.

· Works well under pressure.

· Trustworthy and dependable

· High tolerance for repetition.

· Worked at fast pace environment: 1 year

· Required license or certification:

· Food Handler preferred
