- Valid Ontario G-class driver’s license (or appropriate license type)
- Clean driving abstract and background check
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role is an asset
- Ability to operate GPS devices or smartphone delivery apps
- Robust time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs (or as per job requirement)
- Punctual, professional, and customer-service oriented
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Key Responsibilities
- Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Follow assigned routes and time schedules using GPS or delivery apps
- Perform vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the delivery vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service, including handling inquiries and collecting signatures or payments if required
- Maintain delivery logs and reports
- Adhere to all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
