Aegis Custom Powder Coaters, a local family owned operation, is looking for a permanent full-time General Labour/ Powder Painter to join a small growth-orientated team. The ideal candidate would have previous powder coating experience and able to work in a production-based setting as well as a custom batch setting.

Position profile:

- Do all duties as assigned - Powder Coating- packing - QC
- · Powder coat components in a manual batch set up and automated line set up
- · Prepare application equipment; adjust equipment and application process accordingly
- · Clean and maintain equipment and report malfunctions as needed
- · Ensure a quality finish throughout the painting process; able to identify quality issues
- · Maintain a clean and organized work area
- · Robust communication skills both written and verbal




- · Hard working, reliable, strong team player with an attention to detail

· Diversification may be required within the work environment to complete tasks as required
