- Measure to Perfection: Accurately measure and align forms to guarantee proper placement and leveling—your attention to detail makes all the difference!
- Handle Materials Like a Pro: Manage and transport essential materials such as rebar, wood, and concrete, ensuring everything is in its right place.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect forms for defects, maintaining the high-quality standards that define our work.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with fellow construction professionals to complete projects efficiently and on time.
- Tool Maintenance: Keep your tools and equipment in optimal condition, ready for every task at hand.

Who You Are:
- You have at least 1 year of experience as a Concrete Form Setter or in a similar role.
- You can read blueprints and technical drawings with ease—your skills are your superpower!
- You’re physically capable of lifting heavy materials and can adapt to various weather conditions.
- You thrive as a team player with excellent communication skills, ready to collaborate and contribute.
