Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pizza Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a robust understanding of food handling and safety practices. As a Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas and ensuring that all meals are prepared to perfection, adhering to our restaurant's standards.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organized, and comply with food safety regulations.
- Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils, ensuring they are sanitized after use.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety practices.





Qualifications

- Previous experience in pizza or Italian food is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight customers.
