We are a Foot Reflexology Spa looking to hire for a part-time or full-time Receptionist for our Downtown Coal Harbour, Richmond, and South Surrey Location (coming soon).

Experience Requirements:

- Reception Experience
- Customer Service
- English speaker preferred.
- Mandarin speaker is a bonus.

- Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations,



optimizing the use of available resources.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about spa services and promotions.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborate with spa staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to enhance the client experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
