Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively with others to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to develop their culinary skills.

Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation according to recipes and standards
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality
- Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist in plating and presentation of dishes for service
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
- Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks




- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working setting
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Experience

- Previous experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety standards is highly desirable
- Experience in meal preparation and working in a rapid-paced kitchen environment will be advantageous
- Knowledge of the food industry, including basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations, is beneficial
- Prior experience with food service or restaurant work demonstrates the ability to thrive under pressure and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety

Pay: $17.60-$23.00 per hour
