Your Role:

A Personal Trainer (PT) represents the Crunch Franchise to members and clients by delivering a positive fitness experience and quality personal training sessions leading to member retention and client’s acquisition and retention.

Job Summary:

- Upholding the Crunch Franchise core values of T.R.A.I.N. Timely, ready, attentive, inspiring, and noble.

- Responsible for a clean and well-maintained environment. #SOFRESHANDSOCLEAN

- Design goal oriented, client specific programs in a timely and secure manner.

- Schedule all sessions, appointments, and administration time using company systems

- Meet minimum company expectations, to include session service targets, Personal Training revenue, supplement/nutritional sales, and overall contributions to club success
