We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a positive experience in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have strong barista and customer service skills.

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs.
- Process transactions accurately using a till.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide information about products and services offered.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
