Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting golfers with inquiries and purchases
- Answer the phone, address inquiries and book tee times in an efficient, customer focused fashion
- Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries
- Manage time effectively to balance customer interactions and tasks
Skills
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Experience in retail sales or related customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Golf knowledge is considered a robust asset
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Pay: $17.60 per hour
