Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for many General Labourers in the Manufacturing Industry in Windsor, Ontario.
Agilus is building our Windsor-area general labour work pool. If you are interested in future general labour work, we would like to hear from you! The facilities we hire for have a variety of shifts from rotating days and afternoons, steady nights, or a three shift rotation. All facilities requires proof of completion of high school, ability to work full time (no part time) and your own PPE (safety footwear and glasses).
Total rewards:

- $18.50 - $22.14 hourly
- Weekly pay including 4% vacation pay
- Opportunity for extension or permanent placement
- Preferred rates for benefit coverage available

Responsibilities:

- Support production line work, such as reworking, packing, and sorting parts
- Assist and provide support to press operators
- Responsible for the final stages of product manufactured before shipping to customers
- Perform quality checks and ensure product meets specifications
- Utilizing tooling such as welding, grinding, calipers, sanders, buffers and so on




- Complying with all company policies not limited to health and safety and quality assurance
- Maintaining a clean and secure work environment
- Other jobs as assigned by the supervisory staff

Successful candidates will have:

- Flexible to working different shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation (this position is not on a bus route)
- Safety shoes and safety glasses
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environmen
- Proof of completion of high school or equivelency
