Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential suppliers, analyze market trends, and uncover new product opportunities, with a particular focus on advancements in AI and emerging technologies.
- Leverage strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders. Build and maintain professional relationships while developing and sharing strategic sourcing approaches.
- Accurately manage and track extensive data, including product specifications and supplier information. Maintain a high level of organization and efficiently handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, tracking, and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is essential for creating detailed documents, impactful presentations,



and clear internal communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sourcing and supply chain initiatives. Exhibit a proactive approach, eagerness to learn, and contribute to achieving team objectives.

Academic Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Electronics & Communications, Electrical Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Qualifications:

- Robust verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about learning new skills while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented workplace.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and creating professional presentations.
