Health Life Value Consulting (HLVC) is a founder-led Canadian firm that helps employers de-risk their business by treating employee health as a financial liability on the balance sheet — disability claims, benefits-premium inflation, absenteeism, and lost productivity. Founded by Harikaran Loganathan (B.H.Sc. Kinesiology, CSEP-CPT, LLQP) after nearly a decade adjudicating disability claims inside a major carrier, HLVC gives small and mid-sized plan sponsors the forensic oversight that large corporations take for granted.

We do not sell wellness perks. Through Engineered Health — the disciplined practice of conditioning a workforce to reduce the claims and costs that drive risk — and our proprietary AI engine, the HLVC Policy Valuator, we show employers exactly where capital is trapped in their perks plan and how to bring those costs down.

The HLVC Policy Valuator

The Policy Valuator is a proprietary AI engine trained on 100,000+ disability files and nearly a decade of carrier-side claims experience. It reads an employer's plan against the carrier's own adjudication logic, markets it to every insurer in Canada, and makes them compete — with a licensed LLQP advisor reviewing every valuation before it reaches the client. AI analysis, human-reviewed. Typical result: up to 15% off premium for groups of 10–200, same coverage.

About the Role

We are hiring a Benefits Coordinator to lead employer outreach for HLVC. This is a fully remote, commission-only contractor position, and your mission is simple: open doors. You will identify Canadian employers and plan sponsors, start conversations with decision-makers, and introduce them to HLVC's complimentary Engineered Health Valuation — an AI-driven, licensed-advisor-reviewed read of the health risk sitting on their balance sheet — booking qualified discovery calls with our founder. You set your own schedule, and your earning potential is uncapped.





You do not need to be an insurance expert; we will train you on the offer. You do need to be a confident communicator who is comfortable reaching out to business owners, HR, and finance leaders, and who can clearly convey why de-risking workforce health matters.

What You'll Do

- Identify and research Canadian small and mid-sized employers who fit HLVC's ideal client profile (groups of roughly 10–200)

- Conduct outbound outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn to owners, HR, and finance decision-makers

- Introduce the Engineered Health Valuation and the AI-powered Policy Valuator, and the value of reducing disability, premium, and absenteeism costs

- Qualify interested employers and book discovery calls with the founder

- Follow up consistently and keep accurate notes and activity in the CRM

- Represent the HLVC brand professionally and build a lasting pipeline of employer relationships

What We're Looking For

- Confident, self-motivated communicator comfortable with outbound B2B outreach

- Experience in sales, business development, benefits, insurance, or appointment-setting is an asset

- Comfortable talking about an AI-driven, human-reviewed service in a credible, professional way

- Organized and reliable, with disciplined follow-through

- Able to work independently in a fully remote environment
