Our client is currently hiring for a motivated & skilled individual to join their team. The successful candidate will work on residential renovation projects in Kitchener-Waterloo, ON region.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Basic Carpentry - Including framing rooms/basements, etc.
- Basic Plumbing - Such as installing vanity, toilet, shower and tubs.
- Flooring - Including Tiling and hardwood/laminate/vinyl boards.
- Painting/Mudding/Drywalling
- Experience building basement bathrooms, installing kitchens, building decks, etc.
- Need to your own basic renovation tools.

Requirements:

- Great time management and problem solving skills
- Thorough knowledge of construction
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
- Ability to work independently and works well with others
- Ability to read and understand blueprints is an asset
- 2+ years of general construction experience




- Comfortable using both power and hand tools
- Must have a valid driver’s license and daily access to a vehicle

Must have your own vehicle and be okay with travelling throughout the City area upto 50 kms radius.
