Bagel Boys – Downtown Kelowna

Bagel Boys is an artisan bagel shop on St. Paul Street in downtown Kelowna.

We make bagels the traditional way: mixed, fermented, hand-rolled, boiled, and baked fresh every morning.

We’re looking for an early-morning Bagel Baker to join our team.

If you love bread, fermentation, and working with your hands, this is the job for you.

What You’ll Do:

- Mix and ferment bagel dough
- Hand-roll and shape bagels
- Boil and bake bagels
- Prepare dough and assist with daily production
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen
- Follow food safety and quality standards
- Help ensure every bagel meets our standard

This is hands-on craft baking. Attention to detail matters.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bakery, bread, or kitchen experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Reliable and punctual (early mornings required)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen




- Positive attitude and team mindset

Experience with bagels is a bonus, but we can train the right person.

Schedule

- Early morning shifts
- Weekend availability required
