What You’ll Do

As our Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll keep our dispensary moving smoothly and ensure our patients receive compassionate, top-tier service:

- Prescription Processing: Perform accurate data entry and prescription prep using WinRX.




- Patient Engagement: Welcome patients at the counter, answer phone inquiries, and build lasting relationships with our community.
- Blister Packing: Prepare compliance packaging to help our patients manage their health with confidence.
- Dispensary Operations: Maintain inventory, receive orders, and keep our workspace organized and efficient.

What We’re Looking For

- Pharmacy Experience: Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is preferred (WinRX knowledge is a major plus!).
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Cantonese is strongly preferred, as a large part of our local patient care involves supporting Cantonese-speaking seniors and families. (Mandarin is also a great asset!)
- Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable with dispensary software, multi-tasking, and keeping accuracy high during busy hours.
- Team-First Mindset: Dependable, empathetic, and eager to help teammates and patients alike.
