Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Grill Hut. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your contributions will be vital in providing our customers with an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to Grill Hut's recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared safely and in compliance with health regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Assist in meal preparation and cooking during peak hours.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report needs to management.




- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and best practices.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Excellent meal preparation skills with attention to detail.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
