We are a Mississauga-based post hole digging and fencing contractor with over a decade of experience serving Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, and Hamilton. No shortcuts, just solid foundations — that's how we've built our reputation, and it's what we expect from our crew.

We're looking for reliable labourers to join our post hole digging team. Each day, we travel to different job sites across the GTA, starting and ending our day at our Erin Mills office/yard.

Responsibilities:

- Dig post holes to precise depth specifications using proper technique and equipment
- Assist with post installation and concrete pouring
- Load/unload equipment and materials
- Follow site safety protocols
- Travel to various job sites daily as part of a crew in our company vehicle

Requirements:

- Own reliable vehicle required — for reliability to get to work every day
- Physically able to perform labour-intensive outdoor work (digging, lifting,



standing for extended periods)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Punctual and dependable
- Experience with post hole digging, fencing, or general labour an asset but not required — we train

Schedule: Daily start/end at our Erin Mills office; travel to job sites across Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, and Hamilton during the day

Pay: $22/hour to start
