Ward Tirecraft is hiring two experienced Automotive Mechanics to join our Calgary team. This position is ideal for a dependable technician who can complete quality automotive repairs and is also willing to assist with tire work when required.
Compensation
- Up to $45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Additional efficiency bonus
- Full-time, year-round employment
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair and maintain passenger and light-truck vehicles
- Complete inspections, preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs
- Perform brake, steering, suspension and other general automotive work
- Accurately document completed repairs and recommendations
- Assist with tire installation,
balancing and repairs when needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications
- Journeyperson or Red Seal certification
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to complete tire work when required
- Valid driver’s licence
- Dependable, safety-focused and able to work as part of a team
