Marketing Associate – Staffing Firm (Hybrid)

Location: Mississauga
Job Type: Part-Time / Hybrid
Hours: 30–35 hours per week (with potential for increased hours based on performance)
Pay: $22–$23 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Marketing Associate to join our growing staffing firm. This is a hybrid role that combines remote work with in-person client marketing visits. The ideal candidate is confident in building business relationships, organized, and comfortable representing our company to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct marketing and business development visits to prospective clients at least 3 days per week
- Promote staffing services to local businesses and generate current leads
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with prospective clients and assist in securing staffing contracts
- Support marketing initiatives, outreach campaigns,



and administrative tasks while working remotely
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities

Requirements

- Previous experience in a staffing firm is preferred
- Background in marketing, sales, client relations, or business development is an asset
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for client visits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
- Comfortable traveling locally for meetings and marketing activities
