We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Line Cook and Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality food and exceptional service to our guests. Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to established recipes and standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
- Ensure all food handling practices meet safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with plating and garnishing dishes for service
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment




- Follow food safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by performing various tasks as needed
- Help with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies when necessary

Qualifications

- Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations and meal preparation techniques
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Passion for the food industry with a desire to grow culinary skills and knowledge

Pay: $18.50-$19.99 per hour
