Overview

We are seeking a professional and dependable Bus and Coach Driver to join our transportation team. This position is for week on week off with the option to have more shifts . This role involves safely transporting passengers over designated routes while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to safety and maintenance standards. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a reliable transportation service while ensuring passenger comfort and safety.

Duties

- Safely operate buses and coaches along assigned routes, adhering to traffic laws and company policies
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking mechanical systems, brakes, lights, and tires
- Perform routine maintenance tasks or report issues promptly to ensure vehicle safety and reliability
- Maintain accurate records of route, Kilometers and Fuel
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies during operation

Requirements





- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for passenger transport Class 2
- Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with buses or coaches
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills in English for effective interaction with passengers and team members
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to operate vehicles safely in various weather conditions and traffic situations
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures or willingness to learn vehicle upkeep practices
- Valuable driving record with a clean background check and adherence to safety standards

This role is vital in providing reliable transportation services while prioritizing passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
