Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a solid understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.

Duties

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance the guest experience.
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all orders are accurate and presented beautifully.
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines throughout service.




- Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Experience with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a positive guest experience.
- Familiarity with fine dining service standards is highly desirable.
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards in the food industry.
- Previous restaurant experience, including serving, hosting, or bussing roles is beneficial.
