The Role

We're looking for a Front Desk & Office Assistant to be the welcoming face of our Kamloops office — often the first voice or face someone encounters on one of the worst days of their life. No specialized experience is required; we provide training on our tools and systems. Your focus will be answering phones with kindness and empathy, managing paperwork for active jobs, and keeping the office running smoothly.

What You'll Do

- Greet clients and answer incoming calls professionally, with kindness and empathy
- Manage office paperwork and documentation for jobs in progress
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers
- Keep the office organized, efficient, and well-stocked — from stationery to kitchen and washroom supplies

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year in a client-facing role, including phone-based communication
- Friendly, empathetic, and professional under pressure




- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong written and spoken English
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and open to learning new software
- Comfortable using AI tools to support day-to - day tasks
- Must live in Kamloops or the surrounding area
- Restoration industry experience is an asset and may qualify you for a higher starting wage and signing bonus
