Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Warehouse and Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves managing inventory, assisting customers, and driving sales through excellent service and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced retail setting. Bilingual skills and experience with technology sales are highly valued to enhance customer interactions and support our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Assist customers with product selection, demonstrations, and technical inquiries
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure merchandise is well-organized and visually appealing
- Operate POS systems for sales transactions, cash handling,



and receipts processing
- Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and warehouse areas
- Process returns, exchanges, and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Support merchandising efforts to promote featured products and seasonal displays
- Aid in picking, packing and shipping orders.
- Assist in inventory management

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
