Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining high quality, consistency, and food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and garnishing to support smooth kitchen operations
- Ensure all food handling practices adhere to health regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment regularly
- Support serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of freshly prepared dishes to guests




- Follow all kitchen safety procedures and proper food storage guidelines to prevent contamination or spoilage

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Strong understanding of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations
- Experience with food handling, meal preparation, and kitchen equipment operation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of serving standards and customer service principles is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
