Ông Bà Vietnamese Eatery is a modern Vietnamese restaurant opening its new flagship location in the Tri-Cities. Building on nearly a decade of serving the Vancouver community, our new restaurant showcases the vibrant flavours of Vietnam through a menu that blends authentic traditions with contemporary techniques and presentation.

Our menu highlights the diversity of Vietnamese cuisine, featuring regional specialties, house-made broths, fresh seafood, premium meats, shareable plates, handcrafted desserts, and an innovative cocktail program. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared with a focus on quality ingredients, consistency, and genuine hospitality.

Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Previous kitchen experience is an asset

- Food Safe Level 1 certification is an asset

- Basic English communication skills

- Culinary Arts education is considered an asset

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team





Duties & Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients

- Support cooks and chefs during service

- Receive and organize deliveries

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen

- Properly wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment

- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

- Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties

- Keep workstations organized and stocked

- Work collaboratively with all team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
