What You'll Do
- Generate/convert leads
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate commercial insurance solutions
- Provide professional service including policy changes, renewals, claims support, and billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines
- Meet established monthly sales targets and performance expectations consistently
- Build long-term client relationships through trust and service excellence
What You Bring
- Property & Casualty license (must have)
- 2+ years of commercial insurance or relevant industry experience an assert.
- LLQP license (nice to have)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
- An result-driven Insurance Advisor who wants to build a high-income career with strong lead flow and a clear path to advancement
