What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Clinic Leadership Team, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up care.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive cosmetic consultations and facial assessments
- Developing customized treatment plans aligned with each patient's goals
- Performing injectable treatments with confidence, precision, and attention to detail
- Educating patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare,



and ongoing maintenance
- Building long-term relationships through outstanding patient care and follow-up
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with professional standards
- Collaborating with physicians and the clinical team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Contributing to patient retention through exceptional service and ethical treatment recommendations
- Staying current with emerging techniques, products, and industry best practices through ongoing career development

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will possess:

- Current RN registration in good standing with the applicable provincial regulatory body
- Demonstrated experience performing cosmetic injectable treatments in a medical aesthetics environment
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, aesthetic assessment, and treatment planning
- Exceptional consultation skills with the ability to educate and build trust with patients
- A commitment to delivering natural-looking, patient-centred results
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A polished, professional,



and compassionate approach to patient care
- High ethical standards and a commitment to evidence-based aesthetic medicine
- A desire to continually expand clinical knowledge through advanced education and training
