Responsibilities

- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent patient care by answering questions and offering guidance on over-the-counter products
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves, checking expiration dates, and placing orders for supplies
- Maintain precise records of medication transactions, patient interactions, and inventory logs
- Support medication administration processes under supervision, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding prescriptions, refills, and pharmacy services




- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all legal and safety standards within the pharmacy setting

Requirements

- Prior experience in a community pharmacy is highly desirable
- Able to do billing independently with Fillware paperless is a MUST (at least 1 year experience)
- Experience working as a pharmacy technician or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to pharmaceuticals and patient care
- Ability to handle medication administration tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with patients and healthcare professionals
- Demonstrated commitment to patient care, safety, and confidentiality
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends as needed
