Position Overview:
We are seeking a personable and motivated Area Sales Manager (full-time, permanent) to represent our homes in Edmonton and surrounding communities. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working with people, understands residential homes, and is comfortable guiding buyers through the early stages of the purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure showhomes and sales centers are open and staffed during scheduled hours; maintain overall care, cleanliness, organization, and signage
- Prepare and maintain accurate purchase agreements and supporting documentation from execution through customer closing
- Maintain regular communication with purchasers up to and including possession, with a working knowledge of company policies, procedures, approval requirements,



and construction schedules
- Conduct weekly walkthroughs of inventory homes to assess safety, presentation, and any required maintenance or touch-ups
- Develop a strong understanding of assigned communities, surrounding areas, amenities, competitors, and relevant developer updates
- Educate prospective buyers on available home models, features, upgrades, and community offerings
- Collect, document, and manage visitor information and sales leads accurately and consistently
- Coordinate effectively with internal sales, construction, and design teams to support the sales process
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum one (1) + years in a Sales role, is required
- Valid Drivers license and access to a reliable personal vehicle, is required
- Experience in recent home or residential sales, is required
- Familiarity with new home construction, an asset
- Understanding of buyer behaviour and how to approach the sale
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work with a sense of urgency to meet various deadlines
- Able and willing to work weekday show home hours and weekend hours, as required
- Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
