Company Overview

TJP Labs is a leading Healthcare Manufacturing company dedicated to producing and distributing high-quality medical products. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team and contribute to the efficient operations of our healthcare manufacturing facility.

Job Summary

Material Handling:

- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments of materials and products, verifying accuracy against shipping documents.
- Safely and efficiently move materials to designated storage locations using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.

Order Fulfillment:

- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to order requirements, ensuring accuracy and product quality.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (NetSuite) to locate items and update inventory records.

Inventory Management:

- Assist in conducting regular cycle counts and periodic physical inventories to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Help maintain organized storage areas to ensure efficient retrieval and storage of products.

Quality Control:

- Assist in inspecting products for defects, damages, or discrepancies and report any issues to supervisors.
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation of products to meet quality standards.

Warehouse Organization:

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including shelving, storage areas, and workspaces.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize space utilization and promote a safe working environment.

Team Support:

- Collaborate with warehouse team members to achieve daily tasks and goals, fostering a positive and cooperative atmosphere.
- Assist in training new warehouse associates as needed.

Health and Safety:

- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures,



using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operating practices.
- Report any safety hazards, incidents, or injuries immediately to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Physical ability to lift and move items of varying weights and sizes.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory tracking systems.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing warehouse needs and processes.
