Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Purpose Built Leasing Representatives to join our team for an exciting upcoming project. This position is ideal for motivated leasing professionals with a strong track record in purpose built rentals who thrive in a energetic, client‑focused environment.
Compensation
This role offers commission‑only earnings for this specific project.
The expected compensation range is between $0 and $130,000.00, depending on the number of units leased.
The listed maximum reflects the commission achievable when all units in the project are successfully leased.
Future Opportunities: High‑performing representatives may be considered for additional opportunities on upcoming sites and future projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in purpose built rentals and/or pre‑construction real estate sales (required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Client‑focused, self‑motivated, and results‑driven
- Ability to work onsite at presentation centres as required
- Must be a RECO-registered real estate salesperson or broker (active status).
