Japan Direct Service Ltd. dba i’s. is hiring a permanent full-time Hair Salon Manager

Position:

Hair Salon Manager

Terms of employment:

Full-time, Permanent

Education requirements:

– Completion of secondary school

Job requirements:

– Minimum 3 years of experience as a hairstylist is required

– Strong knowledge in hairstyling and salon operations

Language Requirements:

English

Start date:

ASAP

Compensation:

$37.51/hour

Hours:

30-40 hours per week

Vacation:

4% vacation pay

Benefits:

Extended medical upon request, Paid sick leave (up to 5 days/year)

Duties:

- Oversee, manage and assess the daily operations and the activities of services

- Implement policies and guidelines and ensure the salon operations comply with health, safety and industry regulations

- Control budget and inventory

- Respond to inquiries or complaints, handle work-related issues





- Promote services and create marketing campaigns to attract new customers

- Hire, train and supervise hairstylists
