Project Manager, Tenant Improvements & Capital Projects

Our Downtown Edmonton client is seeking a Project Manager to join their commercial property management team. Working alongside the Property Manager and Facilities Manager, this role will oversee tenant improvement and other construction related projects on behalf of the property management company.

**Base salary ranging from $85,000–$105,000 + advantages**

Location: Downtown Edmonton

Responsibilities:

- Oversee tenant improvement and capital projects on behalf of the property management team
- Work closely with the Property Manager and Facilities Manager to coordinate project priorities and operational requirements
- Liaise with tenants, tenant representatives, general contractors, consultants, and building operations
- Review construction plans, scopes, schedules, and proposed work for alignment with property manager and building requirements
- Coordinate work affecting base-building systems, common areas,



and building operations
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and coordinate solutions

* Manage shutdowns, site access, inspections, testing, commissioning, and other operational requirements* Participate in project meetings and maintain project documentation, schedules, budgets, and reporting

Successful Candidate:

- 2-5+ years of experience in commercial construction, tenant improvements, project management, or commercial real estate
- Experience working with tenants, general contractors, consultants, and building operations teams
- Strong understanding of commercial buildings, construction processes, and building systems

* Ability to review construction drawings, scopes, schedules, and project documentation* Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
